About Us
The Millennial Society is the junior board of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation. The Society was founded in 2005 by Joanna Steinberg with the purpose of raising awareness among young adults about the mission and goal of the Waxman Foundation—to reprogram cancer cells and deliver minimally-toxic therapies to patients.
The fundraising goal of the Millennial Society is to sponsor a multi-year grant to research cancers that affect young adults.
